Cancellation / Refund Policy

1.Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To request cancellation, customers can contact us through email or phone.
If the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2.Return and Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain products, such as perishable items, personalized/customized products, and digital downloads, are exempt from being returned.

3. Return Process

Customers need to contact us to initiate the return process. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us

4. Refund

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
In case of a refund, the amount credited will be for the item's purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees, if mentioned.
